Business return arrangements
Contact Mira Aluminium before returning anything and include the order number. A return is handled only after written authorisation and under the terms attached to the dealer account and order.
Returns
Mira Aluminium supplies approved business accounts only. Business orders do not carry the consumer right of withdrawal; every return requires prior agreement.
Exception: bespoke work and glass
Made-to-measure products — such as a configured veranda, louvered roof, custom-cut glass and bespoke glass sliding walls — are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. They are made specifically for you and cannot be taken back.

Can I return my configured veranda?
Normally not. Configured and made-to-measure products are produced for the dealer order; contact us immediately if there is a problem.
How do I register a business return?
Contact us with the order number before shipping. If the return is accepted after review, you will receive written return instructions.
